"Okay Pikachu, I want you to listen very carefully. When I snap my fingers, you'll awaken from your trance and forget that you were hypnotised. And if you see me use the pendant to hypnotise anyone, you'll see it as completely normal. Nod your head if you understand" Ash said, as he looked at his Pokemon.
Pikachu nodded his head at this, a blank look on his face.
Ash then raised his hand and snapped his fingers, causing Pikachu to blink his eyes while shaking his head.
"Come on buddy, lets head home" Ash said, as he began walking down the road.
"Pika!" Pikachu yelled out with a smile, as he followed him.
After a while of walking, they soon arrived at Ash's house.
"Mum! I'm back" Ash yelled, as he entered the house while taking his shoes off.
Delia came down the stairs and smiled widely. "Oh, it's so great to have you back home, sweetie" she said happily, as she walked over and pulled Ash into a hug.
"Heh, it's great to be back" Ash said with his own smile, as he returned the hug.
Delia let go of Ash, before looking down at Pikachu. "And it's good to see you as well, Pikachu" she said, as she kneeled down to rub Pikachu's head, who grinned at this.
"Mum, where's Mr Mime?" Ash asked curiously, as he looked around.
"Oh, he's gone to do some shopping for me" Delia said, as she stood back up.
"Okay. Say, I found this on the side of the road on my way back" Ash said, as he held up the pendant, before swinging it from side to side.
"It looks very....nice....honey" Delia was saying, before she fell into a trance, causing her to stand there with a blank look on her face.
Ash snickered at this, as he put the pendant in his pocket. "Now then, what to do with you?" he pondered to himself.
