This choice: Suddenly a disembodied voice started talking to them • Go Back...Chapter #7The Challenge is Given by: Secptor   "Welcome Prince Zuko and his female friends." Said a booming voice.
This shocked all of them, as they got ready to fight(say for Jin for hid behind Zuko). They looked around, yet they couldn't find anyone else.
"I'm the ruler of this realm. I chosen you to face the varies challenges on my island. If you do, then not only with you return to your world but earn countless rewards as well." Said The voice.
Zuko and Azula looked at each other. They knew there was more to it. No one, not even spirits would offer such thing without a price at the very least.
"So there's no way home, unless we complete these challenges ?" Asked Zuko, still looking around for the source of the voice.
"Correct, but all of my challenge are completely fair." Said the voice.
This meant to at least to both Azula and Zuko, they the challenges where either rigged or have a twist to them.
"So what kind of rewards ?" asked Ty Lee, being the most curiosity.
"For simple gold to anything your heart desires." Said the voice.
Ty Lee and Jin where intrigued. Mai and Katara where like Azula and Zuko. Knowing something was up and the voice wasn't telling them the whole truth.
"I don't trust this voice." Said Mai, looking at Zuko.
"Of course, a mysterious voice teleport you to his island. Offer you rewards for completing their challenges. Seems completely fair." Said Azula, in a sardonic tone.
"Well what choice do we have." Said Katara, folding her arms.
"None but we no other choice." Said Azula, looking at the Water Tribe girl.
"We just have to work together." Said Zuko, then he looked at Azula. He doesn't trust her at all.
"Don't worry Zuzu. I promise no backstabbing." Said Azula, smirking. Both Zuko and Katara didn't believe one word she said.
"So what are these challenges ?" Shouted Zuko, as he looked around once again.
"You will find the challenges along the path to a temple where a portal back to your world is located. There are several paths, some more difficult then other but the more difficult the challenge, the greater the reward." Said Voice.
That was the first thing both Zuko and Azula believed. They looked around, beside Jin. They all knew how to fight.
"Jin, stay close." Said Zuko, as he had to protect the Earth Kingdom girl. She was only a waitress, he didn't even know if she could bend.
"So what direct is this temple ?" Asked Katara.
Suddenly several trees moved, making a path. None of them liked it. They all thought it was a trap. Yet, they didn't have any other choice. So they all started walking.
What happened next ?  indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
