Eden Beauty has made a a discovery that will change the world and they have know idea what they’ve done. Despite their best efforts to appear as a professional pharmaceutical cosmetics company to their shareholders and a hip trendy lifestyle brand to the public, most knew it as an irresponsibly fringe pseudoscientific vanity project of its celebrity founderCharlotte Tanes. And thanks to this image issue the company’s research and development department had a habit of attracting mad scientists and quacks of all sorts. One such quack was Doctor Debora Wen.

Doctor Wen had been laughed out of academia when she proposed chronotons were the key to making humans live longer, if not forever. A claim that was hard to believe when chronotons were a fictional particle from science fiction. But while legitimate institutions were quick to dismiss her promises Charlotte Tanes saw only potential and profit. And to the shock of nearly everyone, she was right.

Project Fountain was kept heavily under wraps, of course, as it had the potential to change the world. But initially testing of Doctor Wen’s experimental compound proved to revitalize older tissue upon exposure. And not only that, but the older lab animals they tested on seemed to regain a youthful energy to them as well.

But these people are playing with fire, a potential disaster in the making that none of them are prepared to contain should it hit the fan. And none of them are motivated by good intentions, but who is the first to notice if not experience the strange side effects of this supposed miracle?
