| Forgiveness is the Best Defense A story of how a bulied man came to accept his past. |
| Greetings, sir, and welcome to Writing.com You're off to a great start around here, despite being a newborn. A profile image and a few simple words about oneself go a long way. Feel free to hop into the Newsfeed or browse forums and hang out with us. It's a bustling place, with contests, activities, and even a dandy Game Hub with daily word games. Big changes are on the way, as The StoryMaster This is an excellent story, grounded in the real experience of millions of people who suffer from bullying in silence, burying their emotional scars and living in lasting misery, stewing in the anguish of what was wrought upon them for no reason at all. The lesson is potent: violence is never an answer, only cycling us endlessly in a circle of viciousness. When we hold onto anger, we become those we hate, and what is the point of allowing that to happen? We should rather let go and move on, not with some corny emotionalism but with the simple understanding that consequences catch up, and people who are bullies put themselves in bad situations where they'll get what's coming naturally, without any act of revenge on one's own part. Why waste one's life and energy being depleted by the bad behavior of others? As long as we know we were innocent, we have nothing to be burdened by. I would recommend, rather than "drag and dropping" a Word doc into the site, to copy paste your text and modify it with our proprietary markup language. {Size:4}{font:Verdana}, added to the beginning of the text, is my personal favorite for creating an open and engaging reading experience across devices. Start playing with the row of tiles above the text entry box; that's where most of the handy features are: bold, italics, undweline, colors, sizes, fonts, dropnotes, etc. You also need to get accustomed to choosing three relevant genres for your items; this helps others find them when they're searching, and also gives as many opportunities as possible to be nominated for our annual Quill Awards. Take care, thanks for sharing, and keep writing
