Creativity is in the eye of the beholder

A writer’s imagination permits freedom
Fantasy or reality flows from mind to pen
One can be who or what they want while here

A writer’s imagination reveals so much
Dark or enlightening can the words be
Expression and emotion with clarity exposed

A writer’s imagination brings to life a pen
The words spew forth to be jotted upon paper,
Whether they be ones of friendship, heartache, etc.
