The Interview

This poem is basically a summary of my mission to find that special someone

Everyday I wonder will I find the perfect fit

Someone with that breathtaking smile, great personality, superb wit

I accept applications daily a few to a plenty

Sadly I have declined many

I caution those at times it can be tense and a pain

But there is no sunshine without rain

Resumes are essential

A good one can be influential

When selecting I take things into consideration

Your walk, your talk, your presentation

At times overconfident applicants apply

Nice resume yet still denied

This job can be simple or complex

If devoted, u won’t need a check

For one in hope of extra perks

You shall be rewarded for good work

If one working two jobs is ever caught

This results in termination on the spot

The time to hire has begun, could be you

All it takes is a application, nice resume and of course a good interview
