Random love/hate poem...take it for what you will (written 11/08/05)

The love in my heart that once was
Can never be again
For it is proven that happiness lasts little
Whithin the world of men

The peace that was in my mind
Has forever ceased to be
I live my life like a storm blown vessal
On an angry sea

The balance of my life was ruined
With just one angry shove
These things cannot be cured with pity
So instead, you offer me love

If only love could help me
Acheive some peace of mind
But sadly that will never be
Because sorrowfully I find
