I wrote this for my wife 10 years ago.

Love

Being in nature, there is so much to see
Birds singing,
Vibrant leaves,
Flowers blooming
Animals that we see 
The ones we tower over
Creation exists in nature...

Fire rages through the forests
Destroying so much,
Yet this is the rebirth
Nature cleanses itself,
To build yet another life...
The little ant rebuilds
The birds sing again
Life is ever changing
When man litters the ground 
Clears entire forests
It feels all is lost
Nature gives us hope
It teaches us beauty, love, and trust

There is one thing in this world
That brings all  to its best
The beauty of her body
The sparkle in her eyes
The warmth of her smile
Her sincere desire
To love the earth
Makes this happen
Heather, you bring nature to its best
