Outsider

This is my first poem I am posting on writing.com! I editted it a little bit!

"Outsider"

I look about the room,
But I see no one like me
I am an outsider
Where am I meant to belong?
They talk among themselves,
But simply ignore me
I feel so shut out,
So alone
I try to talk,
But they won’t let me speak
Nobody listens,
Nobody wants to hear
I’m just an insignificant nobody
What do you care?
I don’t fit in,
I don’t conform
I’m just another outsider
That will never fit in
