When everything is silent,looking into each other's eyes as a single tear begins to fall

As I look into your eyes and yours into mine
A single tear falls from my eyes
Silence as our heartbeats echo the room
You broke the stare like you broke my heart
When you tried to wipe away the tear that you caused

As the tear falls from my eyes
And slid down my cheek
I could feel my heart hurt
As if my emotional pain turned into physical hurt
There is no remedy for a heart breaking
If only he knew he could fix it before it’s too late

As the tear settles on my cheek
I look up to see you oblivious to what I am feeling
If only you knew that when that single tear finally falls
It falls into a mound of ashes
Little did he know that those ashes
Were all that was left of my heart

As I felt the tear fall from my eyes
Down my cheek onto the floor
A loud splash was heard among the dead silence
You look up at me and to my surprise
A single tear is dwelling in your eyes.
