Fearing Everything

A girl is home alone and is scared

SItting at home alone
Looking out the window into the darkness
Scared of what might be out there
Just me and the sound of crickets
So quiet you can hear the sound of a pin drop
I'm getting paranoid
Every little thing I hear
I fear someone is here that shouldn't be
No one to call
No one to come over to keep me company
Just me
I want to cry
I hate being alone
Feeling as if nothing could protect me
From any outsider
Being scared of everything
