The Sound of Music

About how piano music sounds to me. Not about the film. ;)

The music starts,
it runs, it runs along the music notes,
its friends.
The fingers fly,
the pedal is pressed down,
and the music plays on.
Sound drifts
from the piano,
it drifts into
everyone's ears and hearts and soul.
The heart beats to the rhythm
and you are swimming, swimming
in that music.
Finally, the last notes trill,
the singing comes to an end,
and at the end,
sings, sings the deafening silence.
