Just a snippet from life - and perhaps an insight!

Okay so I got
An extra grand
In my account
I wondered what
I should do with it
Buy National Bonds
Or try to become a
Mashreq Millionaire
Apply for shares
Or just send it to my wife?
Alternately I could
Splurge it on myself
A few drinks
A few dinners
A few DVDs
And it's gone
The phone rang
It was mother
Her grinding cough
Rang in my ears.
I cut the call.
