That Feeling

A feeling that i often get.

Do you ever get a feeling in your chest?
Right below your throat
And just above your heart
It feels like a yawn
Or a big sigh
But it’s connected to something inside
That makes you want to cry
It’s not a ball of emotions or tears
But more than that
It’s the past and the present
It’s the things you fear now
And the things you have yet to fear
Its every sadness you've witnessed
And pain unforeseen
I say it’s not emotion
Because emotions can change
Varying in their intensity
But this feeling is always the same
A haunting and fearful type pain
I say its not tears
Because crying won't appease it
It just sheds more light
On the its negativity
If you’re looking to me for the answer
On how to be rid of it
Have it I do not
Cause I to
Have a feeling in my chest
