I do not know what
You are thinking of tonight.
Could you long for the arms of another,
Or is it truly just the flight?

Is it memories that haunt you
Something hidden in the past?
Would giving up what we have now
Lead to a happiness that would last?

I have been cut deeply,
Cannot hide the pain in my heart.
Though you say you cannot return it,
I love you more than from the start.
