All alone
In my room
Wishing on the wrong star
Pain in here
Happiness out there
Waiting on prince charming
Wondering where he is
Did he get lost on the dirt road?
Did my prince get led astray?
Was he snatched by a deceiver?
Is he even coming at all?
How long will I stand by?
Letting life pass me by
When will my real life start?
Knowing it’s time to make a change
It’s still easier to sit by and watch
In my room
Were Mr. Darcy always comes to rescue me
