Water - serenity for the Spirit

Fire – chaos for the Body

Earth – stability for the Mind

Air – freedom for the Life


Life – the epicenter of the earthquake

Mind – the controller of a wood burning fire

Body – a frail thing made mostly of water

Spirit – takes up no space, but full of hot air
