Isn’t an easy trail to walk |
| In the valley of shadows The trails Are easy to walk, But turn back on themselves And guide the terrified wanderer Deeper into the night of doubt. To get out of this forest of darkness And climb to the mountaintop of faith The wanderer Must choose a rocky path Strewn with crystal sharp shards That cut though boots leather soles And penetrate The flesh of doubt. Once past the mountain of faith The wanderer finds hidden lakes Filled with love’s healing waters Safe for the traveler to drink. line count: 18 |
