I wanted to see what kind of poem I could come up with on Halloween and this is it.

Halloween





It’s the time of year

Of witches and ghosts

Halloween is the time

Some people love the most



Vampires and monsters

Are out this time of year

To scare everyone

And fill them with fear



All kinds of creatures

Come out on this day

Bats and black cats

All want to play



It is the day of the dead

They come back to life

Leaving their graves

Just for one night



The devil is out

And the skeletons too

Dancing in the streets

Trying to scare you



Pumpkins are carved

With faces all aglow

Some look mean

And some say hello



Halloween is full of

Zombies and mummies

Coming to your door

To put candy in their tummies
