A poem to my boyfriend

Even with you
I feel so alone
Because I feel broken
When you push me away

You never choose me
Over a day with your friends
When you hardly see me
And you see your friends any day

You make me feel
Like you don't want me around
Or you forget that I'm there
Waiting for your eyes

How hard it feels
To be tossed to the side
And to the concrete loneliness
That scrape me with lies

I want you to love me
And give me attention
The attention you say
You give all the time

But you'd rather play games
And play with the boys
Than invite me over once
And tell me "You're mine."
