Outside I am Sunshine

A poem about wider reality.

Outside I am sunshine,
Tonight I am all mine.
Tomorrow I become the now,
And forever I become the how.
Inside I am a barren landscape,
And today I am my own namesake.
Nothing I am and everything I am,
Depending on my perspective.
A spectral fireplace,
A radiating bonfire,
Heady fermented water,
And a clear glistening stream.
I am as I am,
I am as I dream.
