Prayers to Alma Mater!

My prayer to lord..

When I say to you
Bring me some hope, I mean I need power to cope
When I ask for
Perseverance, I mean I need self admittance
When I wish to
Have the power of flight, I mean I need a hug so tight
When I want
Miracle, I mean I need to reach pinnacle
When I demand
Humility, I mean I need humanity
When I complain of
Dullness and lack of love, I mean I crave to verve
When I pray to you
Give me support, I mean I can’t bear the lot
When I just look at you
And shed a tear, I mean I am content and there are no more fears
I mean I mean to live, raise toasts to life and be prepared to jive.
This comes as a full circle, I come to you every day in piece and parcel
Some days with prayers, sometimes with dismays..
One day as care taker, onetime as hope rays..
All days as sunshine, all-time as alma mater!
