I Dream Of My Angel

I dream of love.

Just when I thought my life was over,
thinking love had closed the final door.
You came from nowhere and gave me
a love so pure.
You took my hand and held it on a cold
lonely night,
In your arms you held me, with an embrace
that was ever so tight.
You kissed away my flowing tears,
then chased away my many fears.
Now we are together, our hearts beat
as one.
The angel that put us together can
now return to god able to tell him the
job is done.
