My view on today's teens. |
| Stroke One: The bright silver of a blade, the kinds kids use when alone in the shade. Stroke Two: Deep red from your veins, a method they use to relinquish their pains. Stroke Three: Topaz of mystic fire, which shines inside them with hidden desire. Stroke Four: Some burnt orange from fall leaves, tells a story they hide, although everyone grieves. Stroke Five: A soft snowy white, like the blankness they feel when they cannot find light. Stroke Six: Purple, a face choking for air, now the pain of their deaths drowns all in despair. |
