Thunderstorm

Ka-boom!
Thunder scares me.
Next I see the lightning.
The lights go off. I'm in darkness.
Mother comes into my room with a lamp.
We listen to rain hit the roof.
The storm moves quickly on.
It's late. I yawn.
Ka-boom.
