Forever Love

A poem I wrote.

Our hearts forever together,
holds a question that has no answer.
I close my eyes,
listening as the wind blows past.
moving my hair from my face,
whispering sweet words into my ear.
I ask the wind this simple question,
hoping for an answer.
I give you my heart,
but do I have yours?
An answer yet return,
gives my heart a break,
The unstoppable tear of the heart,
falls forever from my eye.
With the swish I feel your hand cradling me into your arms.
Saying your love is forever mine!
