From neglect they give me notice,

From sadness there comes joy,

From losing hope I earn my freedom,

From foes I find friends,

From living in darkness I see clearer,

From desire my mind narrows,

From a narrow mind comes frustration,

From frustration comes hell,

From hell hope dies,

From hopelessness death follows,

From death I feel nothing,

From nothing I can’t expect,

From no expectation there is no hope,

From this I am not frustrated,

From peace I find pain,

From no expectation, I enjoy it,

From pain I find peace.
