What a case of Writer's block feels like to a writer

"Writer's Block"

Shimmering, iridescent glimmers in coal-black darkness,

Skating on the razor-thin precipice of consciousness.

Intangible, and yet, concrete.

A knowing that possesses the soul,

with no facts to back up the faith.

It hovers......

just beyond reach,

just beyond detection.

Achingly frustrating,

Frustratingly lost.
