Advancements in Science

This is a poem which tells us how during the years, Science has progressed .

Science, A boon  or a bane?
Who knows?! Unless we don’t
-let our knowledge go in vain.
Have you heard of the rocket sent to Mars?
Too bad the planet ain’t  ours!

In 2014, a new group arose – ‘ The IS’ (Terrorist outfit)
With machinery so advanced
Our scientists couldn’t think;
Neither could  they use their ink.
Many people get killed everyday ;
So I ask you again –
‘Is Science a boon or a bane?’

Would anyone have ever thought
Of the devastation science would cause?
Let’s look at the bright side :- ‘A cure for cancer’
Unless we blow ourselves up,  with an advanced tanker.
Therefore , I ask again :- ‘Science a boon or a bane?’
