| Some how She feels defeated left to hold a heavy burden to want to lift the earth in her glistened hands 'n give it the light it needs to shine once again. A fight against man and his demands to temper with a wonderful gift that nurtured any want or need to feed shelter and reproduce; giving human kind an everlasting life. If she takes it back with fury and revenge there is nothing but dust no light, song birds or glistening sun. She longs to give the chance but given the circumstance Mother Earth is afraid that even her love is not enough. Yet she nurtures everyday in the struggle against time. She is begging, pleading, importune: for man to come to his senses and give back to a divine sanction that can carry forward with life to prosper. 32 lines |
