Another state in an atlas

Delaware

I may be a dinosaur,
But it occurred to me
While looking through
An aged Rand McNalley
That I have never known
anyone from Delaware.

And nothing really compels me
To travel on interstates
To the wide open spaces
Beyond the confines
Of this aged atlas'
squiggly road marks.
