Welcome to JUNE 2025 Veterans! June 2025 Sergeant Memo:  I am the new owner of the Veterans Group. The Veteran's Group Challenge
Some memorable June dates include: D-Day - 6 June Flag Day - 14 June The US Army, (my branch of service) also celebrates it's birthday on 14 June. Woman's Veterans Day - 12 June PTSD Awareness Month, - June I'd love to see your entries which can either be poetry, or a short story. If you head on over to the challenge, I also have a Welcome post. "Welcome to all!! "  This month, I'd like to share the following song: "The Army Going Rolling Along." It's the official song of the Army. I remember in PLDC (Primary Leadership Development Course) We all learned how to sing it. June 14 this year is the 250 year birthday of the Army. "Be All That You Can Be!" - The 2025 Official Army Slogan ********** Welcome, veterans! You have served our country well and I'd like to invite you to become a member of this group. Share your writing, thoughts, your dreams, your memories, if you will - or just come in and read. You are home here. Relax, know that we care about each and every one of you. From one vet to another - glad to have you here! Welcome Families and Friends of veterans and those who wish to honor those men and women serving in the military now.
