Where Buddhism has mixed with Tantrism

These figures in paintngs and murals inside, on the walls of a Tibetan monastry is something you will least expect to see. Here, in the north Bengal area, Tibettan buddhism co-mingles with esoteric tantrism, which uses the harnessing of sexual energy on the path towards the achievement of nirvana.
