A Lift From The Lord

Life's Tasks

As I walk through life
Learning of new tasks
Trying to hide behind
One of my many masks.

When I feel alone
I pray to the Lord
Asking Him for answers
Of questions that I've stored.

His replies are soft
Answered in my mind
Feeling His shining love
His words I hear are kind.

I feel my worries
Fading in the dark
It's time to move onto
New tasks I must embark.
