A little poem about my not so little kitty.

My Kitty

Tubby kitty on the deck
Floppy belly, flabby neck
Sausage tail, pudgy paws
Droopy eyelids, yawning jaws

Stubby arms and stubby legs
Sticking out like little pegs
It's such a sad sight to see
A pudgy bum like my kitty

There is no hunter's stealthy grace
No look of cunning on its face
Just a waddling walk, and a wobbling belly
And cheeks that bob like gobs of jelly

It's sad to see this resolution
To a million years of evolution
From saber-tooth to wild cat
To walking ball of fur and fat
