How do you give your trust to another?
Trust can only be built over time
Sometimes it can be an uphill climb

To trust someone you must give them part of yourself
For trust to last between two people
they both must give equally of their selves
Being open and honest will help it become strong
Staying honest and trust worthy will make it last long

It only takes one small lie
To break the trust and make it die
To rebuild the trust that once was shared
Takes much longer and you have to show how much you cared

Trust is a fragile part of our lives
Without trust between two people you have nothing to survive
I value trust in the people I know
I will always be trust worthy to the people I know.
