What can I say about myself except that I write on most subjects. I enjoy writing about food and the country that I live in.
I also write poetry, philosophy, alternative interpretations of history and on theoretical ideas.
I enjoy the freedom of the outdoors and of the sea. I have a belief that there is more to this universe and life as we know it.
At the present moment I am compiling a multi-part cookbook on Victorian and Edwardian cookery. Part 1 on cakes is almost ready for final editing and publishing. I am looking at the possibility of selling it through Amazon.
