Summary of this CDs & Vinyl... | ||
I own this album for the fact that there is not much hard hitting on the market today. A straight out Pagan Band that broke all records when they Sully formed Godsmack in 98. Take for example cutting edge hard rock tunes, Bad Religion has a darker aspect to it than most Pre metal bands from the 90's. In Turn followed up by Keep Away is perfect for after work relaxation when things went wrong. Let the anger out in a controlled enviroment. This particular album itself brought upon itself a new form of self elvatuions. It made Metallica look at itself and now we have Saint Anger but thats another review. Overall impression with this is that I found something that hits me at all levels and keeps my attention. If your into the rock/metal mood check this album out, I promise it won't disappoint you. In the aftermath.. The Voice from lead singer Sully Erna is best compared underneath a lot of black lights with Ozzy Osbourne's. Simple fact that they are different but yet with the dark melodious tone they lead off with in their field, I believe Godsmack's upcoming album we will find it be harder and louder with more sinister twists and turns to it. I own all their albums and haven't been disappointed yet but then, being what they are, I couldn't see the world without the future in young bands like this. Wolffe | ||
