Shannon is a mystery shopper and is on her ninth and final stop of the morning, almost completing her secret inspection of the men's room, when a handsome man comes in. Her complete failure at staying hidden has him giving her odd looks and 20 questions that turn into an unexpected flirt session before she can disentangle herself from the situation and make an exit.

This is a very short (89 pages), humorous romance that is charming.

This novel was a pleasurable escape that had me chuckling. Shannon acted herself and said what she meant and it went a long way in making the situations realistically funny.

This is the first in a series so I will be picking up the rest of the books.

I enjoyed this novella. It was humorous and romantic without going over the top to make it silly like others I've read. The main character was true to herself instead of playing it dumb or putting herself in situations which I thought was stand-out. I'll be picking up the bundle for this series and reading more.
