I'm a goofy, ambiverted aspiring "creative type," living near Seattle. I don't believe in any religion. I love cats, chocolate, air conditioning, correct use of apostrophes, the color turquoise, sparkly things, Chris Pratt, and space.

Casual, but I hope to become professional at some point.
Writing Style
Mostly realistic fiction and poetry, but I try to branch out.
Any science taught by Neil DeGrasse Tyson, history, young adult fiction, curling, the art of the fantastic T-shirt, rainbows, kickboxing, feminism, general activism, drawing, and being correct.
Favorite Genres
Fantasy, (the kid stuff, teen fantasy is all dark and barfy) adventure, realistic fiction, and, above all, comedy.

Pi in the Sky, Moxie, the Half Upon a Time series, How I Became a Famous Novelist, Shrill, 1,227 Facts to Blow Your Socks Off, Mosquitoland, and Kids of Appetite.

Wendy Mass, James Patterson, Lindy West, and David Arnold.

Jack Johnson, Pink Martini, Black Keys, Death Cab for Cutie, AJR, and Pentatonix. Other than that, mostly just alt-rock.

Star Wars, the Lego Movie, Ferris Bueller's Day Off, Raiders of the Lost Ark, Jurassic Park, Coco, the new Star Trek, Zoolander, Guardians of the Galaxy, Moana, the Lego Batman movie, and Monty Python and the Holy Grail.
