UPDATE:

Colon cancer tumor is 6 cm slow growth. Is there for years now. No spreading to other organs. We go for operation and total recovery! Within 2-3 weeks. 5 days of hospital visit and then recovery at home. No stoma or chemo is needed if everything works out!

I am so relieved!!
