I was not going to read this at first but then I decided to for a couple of reasons. I really like learning about other people and other cultures. I have several solid friends from India and we often talk about the plights of both sides of the earth. I also really wanted to hear an honest dialog from someone living in it right now (that was my first impression of this writer).
Although I may feel some fear and some irritable feelings at reading this account, I also see the truth being expressed.
I appreciate the viewpoint. I appreciate the writing. Other than that, I am not sure what I feel about this writing. Mostly dismayed at looking at the truth through someone else's eyes. It brings it all real to me.
Thank you for sharing.
This was one of the most accurate accounts of some one feeling the pain of another. Actually, of someone seeing the pain of another as one person cannot feel the exact pain even if both experience the same event and loss. Your story was very good. Thank you.
How different our viewpoints about the same subject, The Estate Sale. I was very interested to see what someone else would have to say on the subject.
Your story is gripping and shows that you never know what you will find.
Thank you for a great story. It held my interest.
I hope you can find time to read my Estate Sale story too. It still needs work but it is my first stab at it.
I really like this one. It expresses it beautifully (if there is any beauty in this ailment, it is how it is express in poetry). I think you hit the nail on the head. I hope others read this and understand a bit what it is like for people like us who suffer until they diagnose it correctly.
I like your work. Keep it up and I think I am becoming one of your greatest fans. Take care.
Weird but cute. I had to read it to the end to see if there was some hidden sense to it all. There was not so you accomplished your description of this piece. Very interesting. It held my attention. Thank you.
I felt this was more like a letter than a poem but as long as it is from the heart, which it most certainly is, I think this has very nice sentiment. And that it is from someone in the military makes it an honor to read. I think the writer expressed the feelings of many a military person.
Thank you for sharing this.
Kind of a dry and yet very interesting work. I too pray when I do the dishes so this caught my eye. I like the part about the urgent desire to place your hands in the soapy water. Something about suds does that to a person.
I liked it. Thank you.
I like this poem because I have been there too. But thankfully, I have always held on to the thinest hair of Hope. And, somehow, I have survived.
I would appreciate your review of my work "Spa Day".
Thank you for this dark but well written poem.
I like this. It reminds me of a few thoughts I have had too. I wish there were more stanzas or whatever you would call them. I like the work. Thank you.
I lost my father when I was young but I still have memories that will always be with me, awake or asleep. Thank you. I liked the memories it evoked within me.
