Wow, that was an amazing story! Very well crafted and good use of the prompts, and I have to say that I am impressed on how much can be said in so few words. Well done!
I rarely read poetry and even more rarely do I review it since it just isn't ordinarily my thing, but I wanted to peruse your portfolio and to my surprise, I was quite taken with many of your poems. This one in particular caught my eye right away. Great job, it does just what I imagine poetry should do and evokes a wonderous feeling and image in my mind as well as my heart. I decided that since you were so kind as to look over my port I would return the favor. Boy oh howdy! I'm glad I did, this is great, I'm not much of one for punctuation nits or things about the mechanics of writing but I do know what I like and when I find something I do I enjoy it, which I did this! It pulled me along and left me wanting more. What else can you ask of a story? Write on!
I took a few minutes to give it another quick lookover and again I'm impressed with how much better it looks, there are still a few places you could work on the punctuation a little more and I am struck with how funny and interesting the story is. Write on!
Little buggers, you kids were! Amazing to me how similar childhood adventures can be no matter where you live. You know I believe this is so far anyway my favorite piece by you. There are a few places where I think some punctuation are in order but I'm not good enough to point them out, but again I can see this being in print somewhere easily.
Wow, another dark tale about summer. A lot of our members are maybe to young to know about the fear that parents went through in the summers from that scourge polio. Of course you got to me with that great history and feeling of the moment!

Haha excellent! I have met people like this, nice tight story! Damn, I think it's great! When I read stuff this good it makes me jealous, you got a good ear for dialogue, punctuation looked good, spacing and readability were great. I would like to be able to give you a few helpful suggestions but the only thing I could come up with was to maybe get busy and write some more. I am going to your portfolio to see what else you have!
