I liked this a LOT. Sharp and crisp, strong imagery, clear intent and emotional content. I knocked the half point because the meter felt (to me) like you cheated for the form dictated by the prompt. You used semi-colons to keep it on the same line when it reads in my head like they are seperate lines.
