I will admit I am a bit confused about what I am rating. If I am to rate the page, listing requests for a review, I think it is a really great idea. I will in fact submit a few thinggs as soon as I can find time to write again. (Please no tears). I did give a rather low rating because I felt it was unclear about who or what I was being asked to review. I think if this was cleared up I would increase my rating. I am rating ONLY the reviewing page, not the stories included on it.
