The life of a phoenix

My Phoenix




On your iridescent wings, I perch high

Fly me away my love, to your paradise

Where suffers no man from hunger or night

Consuming only air and bathe in only sunlight

While others like you live a thousand year lifetime

In a far away land where death is exiled

Only rejoicing rebirth of another so beautiful and wild

As both predator and prey accompany in peace

To spread the existence of immortality.
