Just a speck of dust in the universe

Speck of dust

High above the land
Over a cloud of white
Covered in blue the sky demands
Never ending sight

Drifting off into the unknown
Happy to be away
Impressed with my ability to feel so free
Flying high with my reality

Many miles I have traveled
Many tears I have cried
All the years combined make me
Older than my time

High above the land
As far as the eye can see
Just a speck of dust
I will always be.
