A web of deceit I have sewn, there's only me to blame.

Hollow



Shattered glass surrounds me
portraying a thousand smiles,
of which none are my own.

Empty promises I tell myself
in order to get through the day,
in the end choosing to be alone.


My tattered heart is aching
yet no one seems to know,
a web of deceit I have sewn.

There's only me to blame.
