Paper hearts will never break


PAPER HEARTS CAN NEVER BREAK
My heart has been damaged, broken and alone
Waiting for you to come home
Years have gone and I wait like a fool
I don’t know what to do
Searching for clues in the box you left behind
Holding the paper heart you drew
“Love like ours will never end”
Just words that you penned
Paper hearts can never break
When glued together with mistakes
