patience, anger, a guiding hand;
If patience is a virtue:
and gentleness fills the soul:
Then in our hearts is all that's true:
And sorrow plays no role.

When anger fill the body:
and redness blinds our eyes
Fire within our soul, a fight comes
close to be:
To blame another for our faults:
Leads to painfilled lies.

If anger takes control and leads
us all astray:
Then deaf and blind do we become
To words from high above:
The hand that comes to guide us
so oft we push away.

No hatred comes to fill our hearts:
with God our guiding light:
Peace for us, a brand new start:
Patience be our teacher, lets pray
we get it right.
